Organization structure is an evolving structure based on Sugar Cane Growers Council’s strategic goals approved by the Council. The organization structure is to reflect and support the strategic direction and this is subject to change from time to time.

The Sugar Cane Growers Council is structured to effectively serve and represent its members through a well-defined and efficient organizational framework. At the helm of the Council is the Board Members, composed of experienced and knowledgeable leaders from the sugar cane industry. The Board is supported by various committees focused on key areas such as sustainability, research, and policy advocacy.

 

The executive team, led by the CEO, oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the Council's strategic goals. Regional representatives act as liaisons between the Council and local growers, providing essential support and ensuring their voices are heard. This cohesive structure enables the Council to advocate for growers' interests, drive industry innovation, and promote sustainable practices effectively.
